Individual Membership-$55 per month
Couple Membership-$50 each per month (must be legal couple)
Family Membership-Individual rate or couple rate + $25 per child, per month, until age 18 (must be legal child).  At age 18, an individual membership must be obtained.
Memberships will be based on a month-to-month contract.
Drop-in rate will be $10 per day without a membership.

Yes! Starting March 4th, 2024, Alison's classes are now included with your membership. She currently offers a Strength class on Tuesday at 5:30pm and Step & Core on Wednesday at 5:30pm. She will add classes as interest directs.

We have a wide variety of equipment including cardio machines (elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, stair climber), weight machines, free weights, and functional training equipment. All of our equipment is top-of-the-line from Arsenal Strength, Rogue, and Matrix.
